Yes, absolutely! According to the USDA, raw ground meat can be frozen and used within 3-4 months. Raw steaks, roasts and chops can be kept frozen 6-9 months, however, frozen meat is safe indefinitely. Only the quality (flavor, texture, moistness) will decrease during longer storage.

Per USDA, for raw ground meats, poultry, seafood and variety meats, refrigerate them 1 to 2 days before either cooking or freezing. Beef, veal, lamb and pork roasts, steaks and chops may be kept 3 to 5 days. After cooking, meat, poultry and seafood can be safely stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Our Lemon basil marinade is gluten free We use a certified gluten free dressing as the base of the marinade and then add our own spices (including Garlic powder). Please note, all other marinades do contain gluten.

 Yes to both! We have a full-time butcher, so you can order ahead of time or in the store. If you don’t see something, please ask! It is highly likely our butcher can make it for you on the spot! We make all of our sausages, stuffed chicken, stuffed pork chops, kabobs, burger patties and more in-house on a daily basis. If we don’t have the cut of meat you are looking for, we can usually get it with 1-2 days notice.

We grind all of our meat in-house, so we don’t know the exact percentages but would say it is roughly 80/20. We can make it more or less lean depending on your needs.

We receive deliveries of fresh meat every day.
