Catering FAQ

We use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients to make sure everything is delicious and beautifully presented. Your catering order will be prepared fresh on the day you pick it up or have it delivered.

Do You Deliver the Food Hot?
Generally we can do that before 2:00 PM when requested. Otherwise, food will be delivered cold unless other arrangements can be made. Proper heating of food will take at least 1½ hours indoors on sternos.
Do You Provide Servers or Wait Staff?

No we do not. If you need servers, bartenders or waitstaff, we know a great gal. Deirdre Ryan at Party Solutions. You can reach her by phone at 732-996-4523, or by email at partysolutions.dryan@aol.com. We've worked with her and her staff for years, nothing but compliments.
Can You Provide Tables, Chairs or Tents?

We do not provide those items. If you need tables, tents, chairs or some really cool party items, we know some guys. We've worked with them in the past & they are very clean, reliable, highly recommended and with great prices. Contact Jay at Mr Happy Party Rentals-732-462-7799
What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least a 48 hours advance notice for a cancellation.
Can You Make Accommodations For Special Diets and Allergies?

Absolutely! We offer vegetarian and gluten free options. We are also very sensitive to Allergy requirements.
What methods of payment do you accept?

We can accept cash, check, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
I only need some items catered. Do I have to purchase one of your buffets?

Absolutely not. We offer all of our catering specialties as a la carte catering items. Order exactly what you need. A general rule is our half trays will hold approximately 10 to 12 servings, double that for a full sized tray.
Do you keep my orders on file?

Yes we do. We also like to have your email so we can send you a copy of your order for confirmation. At any time, you can call us, and we’ll be happy to email you a copy of any order or quickly place a duplicate order for you.
Can you deliver an order to someone else for me?

We certainly can. Whether it be for a special occasion or for someones loss. We will also include a card worded as you like.
