We use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients to make sure everything is delicious and beautifully presented. Your catering order will be prepared fresh on the day you pick it up or have it delivered. 
 
How much notice do you need to book my catering?  
For Drop-Off/Pick-Up Catering, we ask for 48 hours notice. However, feel free to call us for short notice events. If we have an opening, we are more than happy to work with you to get it done. Please feel free to call us at 732-974-9683 for last minute orders.   
 
Do you have any minimums for catering?  
Our Hot Buffet Deluxe, Cold Buffet Cold Cut Platter, and Combination Hot and Cold Buffet Catering packages require you order for a minimum of 20 guests.  
 
Is Delivery Available?  
Yes. We currently offer delivery to the surrounding areas. Usually at no cost. Delivery charges may apply and are based on distance from our store, size of the order and time of the year. (Think Shore summer traffic) We do not deliver on major holidays. Please call 732-974-9683 for specifics.  
 
How do I know you will do a good job?  
We recommend you check out our catering testimonials. You can also call us at 732-974-9683 to set up a time to discuss all of the options that are available to you! We are confident that our catering specialists will help you feel at ease with your upcoming event!  
 
What levels of service do you offer?  
We currently offer the following:  

Self Service: Served in disposable aluminum pans and trays; perfect for leftovers and easy clean up. You can either come and pick up or have it delivered. 
Delivered: For our Hot Buffet Deluxe, Cold Buffet Cold Cut Platter, and Combination Hot and Cold Buffet Catering packages We will drop off your buffet, set it up and bring wire chaffing dishes, waterpans, sternos, serving utensiles and paper products where applicable. 
We require a $10 deposit for each rack/waterpan tray setup supplied, refundable when they are returned in good condition.

Do You Deliver the Food Hot? 
Generally we can do that before 2:00 PM when requested. Otherwise, food will be delivered cold unless other arrangements can be made. Proper heating of food will take at least 1½ hours indoors on sternos. 
 
Do You Provide Servers or Wait Staff? 
No we do not. If you need servers, bartenders or waitstaff, we know a great gal. Deirdre Ryan at Party Solutions. You can reach her by phone at 732-996-4523, or by email at partysolutions.dryan@aol.com. We've worked with her and her staff for years, nothing but compliments. 
 
Can You Provide Tables, Chairs or Tents? 
We do not provide those items. If you need tables, tents, chairs or some really cool party items, we know some guys. We've worked with them in the past & they are very clean, reliable, highly recommended and with great prices. Contact Jay at Mr Happy Party Rentals-732-462-7799 
 
What is your cancellation policy?  
We require at least a 48 hours advance notice for a cancellation. 
 
Can You Make Accommodations For Special Diets and Allergies?  
Absolutely! We offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. We are also very sensitive to Allergy requirements.  
 
What methods of payment do you accept?  
We can accept cash, check, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. 
 
I only need some items catered. Do I have to purchase one of your buffets?  
Absolutely not. We offer all of our catering specialties as a la carte catering items. Order exactly what you need. A general rule is our half trays will hold approximately 10 to 12 servings, double that for a full sized tray.  
 
Do you keep my orders on file?  
Yes we do. We also like to have your email so we can send you a copy of your order for confirmation. At any time, you can call us, and we’ll be happy to email you a copy of any order or quickly place a duplicate order for you. 
 
Can you deliver an order to someone else for me? 
We certainly can. Whether it be for a special occasion or for someones loss. We will also include a card worded as you like.

I wanted to let you know that we were very happy with the food. I can’t tell you how many people said it was the best corned beef they’ve ever had. The rollatini were delicious. I liked that they weren’t breaded.  
There were a bunch of people that didn’t show up so we were left with lots of food. We gave most of it away to neighbors who were also able to enjoy it.  
We look forward to ordering next year, but I think we will move our St Patrick’s day party to April so that we don’t risk the cold/snowy weather.  
If I’m in the area, I’ll stop in to sample some more of your food.

- I along with everyone here want to extend a very heartfelt thank you. You never let us down with the quality of food that you send us. The sandwiches were a big hit!! The luncheon meats, tuna and chicken salads and the side salads were so yummy. The bread was so squish fresh that it was a true pleasure eating. 300 hundred sandwiches exceeded what I used by two trays, but that was ok, they had them again on Sunday, and were happy to have leftovers. Again Thank You everyone for the exceptional job in helping me accomplish my goal.
